This instructional and interactive workshop will showcase local Boston businesses with a Bites of Boston Box delivered to your door, along with a live stretch session provided by Wellness Blueprint, and a round table discussion with Peter Kadushin.

SIP: 10 minutes of learning about the local items in your box 
SAVOR: 30-minute round table discussion about mindfulness and food

I spent a ton of time getting a doctorate in Sport and Exercise Psychology so I can use my skills to help you live a more fulfilled, meaningful life! My experience with mental performance coaching spans high-performing athletes, first responders, weight management clients, and performing artists.
