You can't fully experience Boston without some mention of Tea. We even have an enormous steaming golden teapot adorning a corner of our City Hall Plaza - pictured above!
The term “Tea Party” is a throwback to the Tea Party of Boston in 1773, Colonists opposing British taxation with no representation decided to dump British tea seized from anchored merchants' ships as a sign of protest.
Fast forward to present day, and we now simply enjoy delightful tea blends from beloved local businesses...and the only water we throw it in is to steep it in our favorite mug!
